Christina Sieren, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

My name is Christina Sieren and I specialize in working with high-risk adolescents and families. What does that really mean? I support teens who experience big emotions and big behaviors, specifically around intense anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicide and/or suicidal thoughts, and trauma. My approach uses an integrative approach that works with the individual needs of each client and family, and I also use yoga as a tool to help clients better manage changing moods and create a stronger balance between the mind and body.

FAQs

Q I’m ready to begin mental health therapy. How do I get started?

It’s recommended that potential clients schedule a free 30-minute phone consultation. When scheduling your free consultation, you will be asked to complete a Consultation Screening Form.

During this initial call, we will review your screening form and determine if I’m the best fit for you and your treatment needs. If we agree to work together, we will schedule your first session and I will provide you with the initial paperwork. You will be asked to complete and return the initial paperwork 24-hours prior to your first session.

The scheduling of a free 30-minute consultation is not an agreement to work together, nor has a therapeutic relationship been established. The initial consultation is an opportunity to identify clinical needs, address fit, answer questions and provide referrals.
